Registration Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending. Please review our eligibility tiers below.
Full Refund
Minus standard processing fees.
- Requests submitted within 10 days of registration.
- Or if the author does not receive visa acceptance.
Partial Refund
A 50% refund will be issued.
- Requests submitted before 70 days prior to the conference start date.
No Refund
No refunds will be issued for:
- Cancellations made after 30 days prior to the conference start date.
- No-shows at the conference.
Refund Process & Substitutions
All refund requests or attendee substitutions must be submitted in writing to contact@lens25.webflowltd.com. For refunds, use the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Full Name]”. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Special Circumstances & Event Adjustments
M&A Ecom Enterprises LLC reserves the right to change the venue or reschedule the conference dates due to unforeseen circumstances, including logistical issues or safety concerns. Registrations will remain valid for the new dates or location. Sponsorship opportunities are considered on a case-by-case basis.
